Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Timelines

• More than 7 days prior to event: 80% refund of the paid registration fee (20% retained for banking and material preparation overheads).
• Within 7 days of event: Registrations are non-refundable due to pre-ordered typodonts, phantom workstations, and personalized delegate kits.

2. Seat Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration pass to another licensed doctor at no additional fee by emailing events@ayushidensity.com at least 24 hours before the event commencement.

3. Organizer Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen administrative reasons, delegates will receive a 100% full refund within 5-7 business days to their source bank account.
